I just got up this morning after getting in late last night. I'll write about Poland once I get pictures ready and so forth, but I wanted to post this link that was waiting for me in my inbox. It is self-explanatory.
Update ... I think the story in this link is fishy for a couple reasons. First ... how are so many people so grossly indebted to their utilities companies? Second is why the billboard (which I've not seen here in Ternopil yet) is posted in English?

I found that strange too, but I do know that many Ukrainians haven't paid their utilities for a long time.
*shrug*
Also notice that the billboard is in English (along with transliterated names)?
